G&L L2000 Owners: need neck size advice...

    Hey Fellas,
    Just trying to get a "feel" for the L2000 neck. Irealize that you can customer order different size necks but I would really like to try out a L2000 and all of the dealers I've contacted only have the #7 neck. Can anyone describe the shape and size to me. I'm quite enjoy my Geddy Lee jazz neck but my Rick 4003 neck is quite chunky. If this helps.Thanks

    The #6 neck would be closest to a Geddy Lee.

    Yeah unfortunetly it looks like I would have to special order one. I can't seem to find one in stock. I've never had a chance to try one out. Not too many G&L dealers here in Vermont.

    Well... if there's any bass I had no choice but to order, it would be a G&L. They will blow you away, tonally speaking. Personally I would order one with a gloss finish as well if you're liking the Fender J-style necks.
