    Okay, I've got this L2500 but I'm kinda not certain what all the switches do. Can any tell me.
    If you're looking at face of the bass, this is how I have them set. This is my guess at what I think they do, but correct me:

    I / I
    coil switching mid shift pickup selector

    O O O
    treble bass volume

    Knobs from L to R:
    Vol, Treb, Bass

    Mini-Toggles L to R:
    1) Pup selector- neck, both, bridge
    2) Series/Parallel- forward=series,boosts bass;
    back=parallel, cuts bass (flat)
    3) Pre-amp: forward=on w/treble boost; middle=
    on (flat) back=(towards the bridge) Off (passive mode)

    Have fun playing around w/the G&L tri-tone circuit,it's one of the best.

    Also the bass and treble are bass cut and treble cut, not boost like most active basses.
