Up for sale is my trusty 2015 G&L LB-100. It's had flatwound strings on it for 99% of its life and currently is sporting some Dunlop Super Brights. It's been gigged with but is still in immaculate condition. Also includes a 1-ply black pickguard with it as well as the white pearloid one currently on there.

This is the best passive P-bass (nails a 60's Precision tone) for under $2k you'll find. Better than Fender. I'm just a Jazz bass kind of guy. I actually sold this bass once, missed it so much I had to buy it back (plus you just can't get birdseye maple like that anymore from G&L and their prices have gone up so it would be really expensive to recreate this bass, even if it were possible to do so). But now I'm planning a big move and I have to whittle down my studio both to make moving easier and also to get some funds to help with the move. So it's going back up for sale, as much as it kills me. I'm only taking 2 basses with me - my trusty jazz bass and my 5-string PRS. If I could take 3 and didn't need the money, there's no doubt this beauty would be coming with me. But instead I'm hoping to find her a good new permanent home.

    Royal Purple Metallic
    Swamp Ash Body
Quartersawn Maple Neck (the spec sheet does say Hard-Rock, but the I ordered it from G&L and paid for Quartersawn and you can tell from the pictures of the grain of the neck that it is truly a quartersawn neck. I just never bothered to have G&L re-print the spec sheet.)
Birdseye Maple Fretboard (extremely highly figured and no longer available through G&L)
White Pearloid Fretboard Markers (for a cool stealthy look. The side dots are still black so you can easily know where you are on the neck, if you need it.)
Stainless Steel Frets!!!!! (never do a re-fret job again!)
    Light Tint Gloss Neck Finish
    Graph-Tech Nut
Matching Royal Purple Metallic Headstock w/G&L logo only (no model logo)
3-Ply White Pearloid and 1-Ply Black Pickguard
Original G&L Hardshell Case (and build sheet)
    Weight: 9.2 lbs

(in the picture it has Dunlop Straploks on it but I'm going to keep the Straploks and put the original strap buttons back on before shipping)

    For sale only. No trades.
EDIT: Still getting lots of trade offers. I'm truly not interested in any trades whatsoever.

... asking $1,300 for the bass and we split domestic shipping 50/50.

Very cool. Royal Purple is one of G&L's most underrated colors.

Possibly the coolest G&L "P" I've ever seen.
