FEELER! I'm not convinced I'm going to part with this but I just dont ever gig 4s. Maybe I'll need it in the future but lets just see what pops up for fun, cant hurt.

Just like it came from the factory, never gigged & was new in Sep 2014. #8 chunky jazz neck & jazz spacing, not 1/4 sawn, Satin finish. Abalone dots, Only 8.4 lbs. Case & Case candy

    Only trades: MAPLE neck Stingray 5 H, G&L MJ-5, Roscoe 3005, Lull Valenti etc J V with J neck\spacing

I really prefer a trade but $1000 shipped will get her sold.

    Already have a Bongo 5, Sterling 5 & Fender Jazz Standard V

Thanks. The guy I purchased it from told me that it has Dadarrio XL's 045-100. I have Chromes on my Fender P. About two years old now.

  7. Bump for a great TB'er who has lost his mind by giving up this bass. FYI I added Sadowsky Flats today to my LB and all I can say is they are never coming off. They made and already great bass a perfect bass. My sound guy thought I had changed something on my pedal board. He was blown away when he found out it was just a string change. After our first set our band leader said I was not aloud to any other bass again. Who ever gets this bass put a set off Sadowsky flats on first thing. You can thank me later.

Its my birthday in a week so I have a set of flats coming... As of now they are GHS Precision Flats which I honestly do believe will justify in my mind keeping the bass. The Sadowskys from what I read are a bit more aggressive than the Labellas or GHS. What set gauge length of Sadowsky did you get? Hows the fit?

  9. The Sadowdky's for me are and easy transition when going back and fourth from flats to rounds. I like the Med-light gauge but I put on a set of Standard: .045 .065 .085 .105. because I had a set that was open and thought I would just them try out. Turns out they are perfect. I will not be changing them to the Med-Lights or anything else for that matter. That all being said I have never played GHS so I have know way to compare them.

@Fit4pain will be happy to know this is a keeper. Too fun to play, too many tones & I really think the GHS flats will be super fun to have on it. I'm going to trade the Fender J V Standard for another five instead, its not being used enough.

  14. About time you came to your senses. Congrats
