    G&L named it “Metallic Royal Purple” but my daughter calls it “Purple Nurple”, either way it is a very cool bass. Bound top and a matching cream pickguard, lightly tinted 1 1/2” nut width (9.5” radius) maple neck and board with a tasty bit of figure. Just under nine pounds on my highly advanced scientific metrology equipment (the bathroom scale) and well balanced, these SB-2s are simple and thunderous. Going by the serial number I’m guessing that it is from 2015 or 2016, I’d take the neck off to narrow it down further but I am way too unambitious for that. In excellent condition with no dings or doinks or scratches, no fret wear. Includes the tolex OHSC, $850 plus $25 to help me appease the FedEx throne.

    Man, that's a beaut. Don't see em with binding very often. And that color... :woot:
