I can pick up one of these (4 ohm) for a really good price. I would be using it mainly in a small club (50 to 75 people). Guitar, drums, keyboards playing mostly blues/rock, powered either with a Micro VR or a V4BH.
Any one had one for a while? Any problems? Do they sound boxy? Do they sound good? Reliable? Are the grills made of plastic?

Don't get a 4 ohm cab unless you have a 2 ohm capable head. Otherwise should you ever need more speaker capacity you won't have the option of running a second cab.

Well, that's not a problem, I have plenty of 8 ohm cabinets. This would not be my main rig. I'm just considering something small that will hold up and sound good, and I can get it for a little more than half of what the 8 ohm would cost.
