Gallien-Krueger MB 500 vs MB 800 differences

    Besides power, what kind of tonal differences can one expect with these two amps?
    In particular, low end tightness, and overall definition.

    More headroom allows for more of everything, so long as your spkrs can handle it.

    More headroom makes it more difficult to get the GK-growl at reasonable volumes....
