here's the scoop. i plan on adding a AccuGroove Gordo 18inch sub to my tri 210L

    now, the 2 10 handles 600 watts( 4 and 8 ohms) and the gordo i believe is 800 watts ! 8 ohms

what kinda power should i be giving these things?

i play a 6 string fretless F bass and a F bass 5 string fretted. i play funk, R n B, reggae, jazz, soul, rock, pop, well, pretty much everything

i currently have a wt-600 amplifier, and i kinda like the sound i'm getting, but i'm sure it could be better. I think i may have to run a power amp/pre amp set up so i can have maximum head room, because right now, i know i am pumping my eden head wayy to hard, ( no lights are flashing, but it doens't get much louder)

    what do u guys think??

I'd suggest getting a QSC PLX 1202 or one of the other plx series models along with a pre amp of your choice, maybe an eden navigator since you like eden tone, and bridge the 2 cabs for like 1200 watts.

    Headroom for ages.

    Best of luck!

is 1200 watts really enough for both cabs considering the 18 handles 800 just by itself??

do i run the cabs in series?
