as the title says ive been gassing hard for one of these since I first saw em, just wanted to hear from people who own one or have tried them what they are like?

also would a babicz bridge fit on there?

    thankyou for any help
  2. Jeez, you want to change the bridge without having even touched one of these basses yet? Talk about putting the cart before the horse ...

Why do so may people think changing a bridge will do a bass any good?

If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

I don't have any real chance of trying any good basses so if the bridge is **** then yes i will change it

also because the bridge on this bass looks to be the only letdown

I had one for a few days but mine had a bad neck . Sweetwater traded me a VM Jazz 5 for the P5 that I like a bunch but I also crave one of the VM P5 . Mine sounded great and I would have kept it if the neck was good but they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't for a few weeks so I got the VM Jazz .

Wow. I usually judge the gear by the sound it makes first, the function second.
