    I met Bernie Goodfellow in the late 80's when he was making Nightingale basses. I did play one of them and it was vey good (playable and soundwise). I also played some Goodfellow basses at the Basscentre a few years earlier. They were unusual but also good.

    He is a nice bloke and a good bass maker that has had a less than smooth time of it. Nice to know that he is still making basses.
