    Yeah. The American Original 60's P in Olympic White is awesome. I was just pointing out that GC titled the video as an American Original 60's when it's clearly a 50's.

    Beat me to it. I was going to buy the Olympic white one earlier this year but when the new shipment came in the price went up substantially. Zzounds had one brand new for $1500 and I failed to pull the trigger. It was sold, the new price is $1850 AND they're collecting tax now. My new G&L is more than keeping me happy.

    If it's the G&L in your avatar, she's a beauty! I got a AO 60's P for myself at Christmas time. I was in the process of buying a new house and my loan guy actually told me I needed more credit out against me to improve my credit a few more points. At that time, Sweetwater was offering 48 months interest free. So, I have a new Lake Placid Blue 60's P for $44/month.

    LPB would have been my choice for a ‘60 AO P bass. Isn’t there a rule here on TB that you have to post photos???

    Oh, yes, that’s my L1000. I had a really early one I bought in 1980 when I was in college. Life got in the way, thinks changed, it was sold and I always rued the day I let that bass go.

    I think that's quickly becoming my favorite color for a P bass. Absolutely gorgeous.

    This pic has ultimately made me conclude that LPB looks more like Ocean Turquoise in photos, while Ocean Turquoise looks more like LPB in photos, lol.
