SOLD Geddy Lee bass Part out

It has a MIM Pbass neck and the standard Geddy Lee body. I have the bass for sale in the Bass Guitar section. I am Also listing it as a part out here.

    Neck-MIM Maple Pbass Neck the dot inlays seem to be a black multi colored pearl. If interested DM me and I’ll try and take pics for you to see. The neck is for $$225.00


    Bass Body-Geddy Lee Jazz body nothing on the bass was changed it is stock. The only change was the neck. This is going for $550.00. If you want any close up pics of any section DM me and I’ll send them. Thanks guys have a great day !

    MIM from what I’m being told but I’m not sure to be honest. The guy I got it from said it was MIJ. But you already asked this in the other ad for the bass, so I’m not sure why you are asking me here. When I stated what I was told by the owner and changed the ad. And in this ad didn’t say it was MIJ or MIM.

    It was a legitimate question and point to address. I was curious about the country of origin too. Regardless, great body for a handsome body. Glwts!

    He asked in another post and I told him I wasnt sure other than what I was told. So he could have taken that answer. Then he sees this and asks again. If he was curious he could have direct messaged me.

    If you take off the pickguard there is a circular indexing rout on the MIM bodies, and it is absent on the MIJs. Also I think the MIJ have a genuine BadAss II and not the signature Fender bridge.

    I totally get you. I’m not sure if that was the intent, but some people just want to get under your skin. What it comes down to if it’s a good product with accurate info then it should sell. I just finished a parts bass with a similar body and I am quite happy with the results.

    I totally get you. I’m not sure if that was the intent, but some people just want to get under your skin. What it comes down to if it’s a good with accurate info then it should sell. I just finished a parts bass with a similar body and I am quite happy with the results.
    It’s a MIM body and I have it pairs up with a MIM Jazz neck. The pickups are Fender MIM pickups and CTS pots. Sounds fantastic!

    I’m taking the bass down, apparently harassment is allowed on TB now, admins think harassing people is cool.

    Brother, sorry you feel that way. I am not an admin nor was I trying to suggest that harassment is acceptable. I’m just saying that for this post, it would help to know if the body was MIM or MIJ as Geddys are commonly MIJ.
