Hey everyone. Recently I went to Guitar Center and stumbled on a $650 used Geddy Lee Fender Sig. in perfect condition. I was looking to get a new bass, I already have a Squire 70's Modified Jazz. I feel like the two basses are very similar. I was wondering if it was possible to switch out the neck jazz pickup to a p-bass pickup in either of my basses and if so which p-bass pickup?

Yes, it's possible. Likely will require a bit of routing under the pickguard, and a new pickguard that has a P-bass pickup route.

    This.

Do it to your Squier, so if you mess up, its a much cheaper and more replaceable bass to replace.

    IMO.

Leave the Geddy alone, its aweson bass already. Do what ever you like on a squier but i would recommend just buy a Squier P bass vintage modify instead.
