  1. A guy i know said he had a bunch of guitar effects that he had sitting in a box somewhere, will they work on bass. he said hed had a crybaby wah, delay and a few others

  2. they will work but depending on the quality effect you may lose your low end.

Will the Foxrox "Captain Coconut" unit work for bass?

  4. i wouldnt use a guitar wah for bass, it will suck up your low end so bad its not funny. A delay would work just fine with bass, as its pretty universal.

  5. Lets say i want a bass wah and don't want to spend much money(cause i just spent 1500 in new gear in the last week....and no job). could i convert a guitar wah to work with bass?

Some Wah pedals have tuneable pots inside the casing. usually for setting the sweep settings. Be wary though, you could lose the settings very easily, and they may be difficult or immpossible to retune w/o proper equip. But hey, nice new bass rig, extra free time, guitar fx lying around... Why not get into it?
