Anyone know anything about this? My buddy Phil just posted about it in his FB story.

Looks like those pots are way too close to the stomp switches. Damn, don't people think this thru?

Will have to wait for more details, and the price.

I would assume it's a streamlined, pedal version of his Head of Doom.

That was my thought. Kind of like Aguilar has the Tone Hammer pedal to mimic the TH500?

    The state of denial.
Gotta make room for the damned VU meters. Form over function, ho!

That may be a placebo wah - just like Kirk Hammett's.

From that angle they look close. Probably the same clearance as on the Ashdown Valve Pre or Triple Shot

I am pretty certain that that is the angle on the photo that makes it look like that, and that they are really not as close to the control pots as it might seem.

Hold on, we don't know how big the pedal is. The gap between the switch and the knob won't be a problem as long as the pedal is large enough :D

Nice! Geezer referred to this in a magazine interview, but when I Googled Tuesday night, I didn't see anything. Looks intriguing. And yeah, I'd say the angle probably accounts for some of the perception on how close the switches are to the knobs. Looks very cool.

I emailed ashdown after reading this interview, and got a “watch this space” response. Hope to see and hear more of it soon.
