Gemini III Fuzz Review

Okay, I have had a chance to really put this pedal through its paces. So, when you open it up, it comes in this cool spacesuit looking silver bag. Three year transferable warranty! Built like a tank and the works inside are immaculate.
Alright, the blending option between the germanium and silicon fuzz really allows for lots of tonal variations. Then the boost switch for each side has three gain settings. The gain on either side is decent, but no setting had a crushing, face-melting type fuzz sound. There is a master volume and a filter switch that allows for a mid scoop or a treble cut with blending between them both. The filter can be synched to sweep up or down. It takes a battery or 9v DC.
I really liked this pedal. It sounds great, is easy to use, and built like a tank. Ultimately, for me, I just have too many fuzz pedals and this one isn't kicking any of my other ones out. So, look for it in the classifieds soon. Definitely going to try the Spaceman Aphelion pedal if I can find one.
