    Hullo,
I'm looking for a general bass book. Techniques, styles, whatever. The more it includes, the better.
I'm not sure how long I've been playing, I know the basics and all that, and I'm looking to expand and get better.
So is there any book that you all would recommend?

    Here's a couple classics:

    • "Getting a Teacher"
    • "Having a Teacher Sho is Nice"
    • "Books Are Good, Teachers are Great"
    • "Hey Teacher, I'm a Student, I Need You"
    • "Getting a Teacher for Dummies"
    • "The Idiot's Guide to Finding a One-on-One Teacher"

That's off the top of my head.

My personal favorite: "Having a teacher sho is nice".
