    I bought Fretless5verfan's NeoPak.
At my request, he shipped it to Genz-Benz for the 2 ohm upgrade, and they were to ship it to me.
It arrived at Genz-Benz on Monday.
It arrived, upgraded, at my house, TODAY. Thursday.
I expected that it would get here sometime next week, and that would have been fine with me.

For the Genz-Benz guys to get it on Monday, upgrade it, and get it to me 3 days later, is abso-freakin'-lutely GREAT customer service.

You guys have totally exceeded my customer service expectations. Thank you, and much respect.

PS: For those of you who want to know "how does it sound?" - I have to wait until the weekend to find out :( . I'm in the middle of a speaker cabinet build and won't have it finished until then. The waiting is going to drive me crazy!

Congrats, Kesslari. The Neo-Pak is a fine head, and an excellent value right now as the Shuttle rage continues on.

The Genz Gang are the best in the biz at taking care of the people who use their gear.

What kind of cabinet are you building?

I'm building one of Bill Fitzmaurice's Omni 10 (horn loaded 2x10) cabinets.
It's taking longer than I had hoped, but first builds often do, so I just need to be patient.

Neo-Pak owner who's building a few 10.5's. Should be a pretty cool setup.

Hey, not to derail or go way off topic but, where in the Santa Cruz Mtn's are you? I'm right down here in Los Gatos and used to live in Aldercroft Heights.

    First one ever. :bassist:

I wonder if my wife (who grew up in Boulder Creek), would have a problem with it. :smug:

This is a cool direction to see. Neo-Pak owners who are going to higher efficiency BFM Design cabs, instead of selling off to go to the essentially identical, but moderately higher-powered, Shuttle 6.0 heads.

I'm very interested to hear more about the combination.

SAme here. I have a neo-pak. I've thought about building one Bill's cabinets just for fun for a while now. It'll probably be summer before I can start, but I'd like to hear any experiences you guys have mixing the two.

If I can get my butt in gear and put the carpet on the first cab, I'll be able to give a report soon. At this rate though, kesslari will have his before I have my first one done. :meh:
