    Genz Benz GNX12350. 8 ohm. Very similar to the Faital Pro 12Pr300. Which is a $230 speaker. I bought new from avatar. Rated for 350 watts. Works in a variety of cabinets. Started using some different cabinets and no longer need. This speaker maybe has 4 or 5 hours of use on it.

    Works great with or without a tweeter (my personal preference is tweeterless)Sounds great, don't miss the tweeter.
