    Damm, didn't see that one coming. Just bought my GB810T-UB a few mths ago. I might have held off till now if I knew the XB-3 Series was in the works.

    Yeah, I'd just like to know what the goal of each of these series is. I've never seen a company with so many series of cabinets.

    Thorton...I think you bought the right cab.

    XB3 replaces XB2. ...."traditional" ceramic speakers vs. the neo in the Uber.

    If you're am "Ampeg" type guy, give the XB3 a shot. If you're a "modern tone" type guy, ....Uber.

    Thanks. So I guess we'll see the XB2 series disapear sometime in the near future.

    I thought the Neox series was going for the "modern" sound. Does the Uber series fall between the Neox series and the XB3 series?

    Nothing wrong with the XB series IMHO. My 410XB1 still does just fine.

    Roger, after reviewing the differences between the two series of cabinets, I came to the same conclusion.

    THREAD REVIVAL:

    Ive been jamming the new XB3 at rehearsal for about a month now and I love it. It reminds me a lot of the EBS Proline 410 but it goes deeper. Its a VERY loud 410. Absolutely trounces the Ampeg and GK offerings in every way IMHO. So.... I am selling it.

    Why?

    XB3- 810 !!!!
