I am going to start a project soon on a five string Thunderbird. However, Warmoth does not have custom inlays on there fretboards. Though this is not essential and I may get a warmoth neck and get into inlays later, any reccomendations on places which offer custom inlays?

Maybe I'll just use a sharpie...

Rather than a sharpie, you could try those stick-on "inlays". They look pretty good, and are inexpensive and removable. There's another thread about them, should be on the first or second page, possibly the third.
