GHS strings customer's service kicks ass.

    I finally got around to sending back a dead e strings I got in a set of brite flats. I mailed it out on the 15th, and on the 25th, I got a replacement string in the mail, no muss, no fuss. I thought a 10 day turnaround was excellent, considering 3 days for shipping each way. :) Just thought you guys/gals would like to know.
  2. TI's rocks too... I had some TI Acousticores, and I wasn't satisfied, and they sent me another set of Acousticores for free, just to make sure I didn't get a bad set.

    I don't know about the Pyramid customer service, since I haven't had a bad set in almost ten years, but everytime I met the company people at their booth at Musikmesse I was treated very well, and they even sold their sets for less than 50% of the street price there.
