Anybody ever heard of Giannini before? Just wondering.Saw one online and it looked pretty sweet,Tele style bass, almost identical clone of a Fender with a different headstock,p bass pickups, volume, tone.Never seen or heard of them before.

I'm familiar with the name, they make the funny shape "Craviola" guitars I've always wanted to try. Didn't know they made basses, unfortunately, it seems, not in that style, either.

I checked out their site - seems like they're mostly resellers of other brands now, though they still have a few of their own designs. I'm guessing the basses aren't in that camp, haven't found them yet. Found: http://www.giannini.com.br/novo_eng/produto-lista.asp?cod_instrumento=26,18&navegacao=Bass Guitars
Nothing very interesting to me, I know nothing about them.

The craviola shapes they at least designed themselves, though I'd kind of assume at this point that most of their stuff, especially the rest, would be made cheap in Asia somewhere. Not sure, though, by any means.
