Gibson EB-2 Values?

I have two EB-2 basses to sell for a friend - a 1958 and a 1961. The '58 is natural and the '61 is cherry. I'm trying to figure out how to price these. They are both in good condition with natural wear for their age. Good fret life remaining, playable action, etc. They are all original except for the '61 has replacement tuners, but the originals are included.

I see a bunch on Reverb in the $2500 range, but none of them are quite this old - most are '67-'68. As I understand it Gibson started making these in '58 and stopped in '62 before resuming production later?

The only two '58-'62 basses I see are priced in the $5000 range, but I have a feeling this is on the high side. What is a realistic price for these basses? Both come with the OHSC (they're pretty beat up but still functional.)
