I have a great condition Gibson Grabber for sale. It's a 1977 Gibson Grabber, is what I was told. The bass is in great condition for it's age, no heavy damage.

The bass plays, and sounds great, the moving pickup allows 2 distinct sounds, without changing any tone knobs. In the neck position, a more punchy P bass sound, in the bridge position, a warmer Jazz sound.

This bass is LIGHT, It's lighter than my old MIM Fender Jazz, which is odd.

It is white in color, which is pretty rare to see now. I can send pictures of the bass, if interested. They are too large to upload here.

Email me at [email protected], or [email protected]

    Thanks, Dave.

Hey, I'm fairly sure it's original, seeing how it has normal wear markings on it. Dave

  14. That looks like a refinish job to me. If it was original only the body would be white and the neck would have been natural with a black face headstock with a gold applique'Gibson' logo. Too bad they painted over the headstock, vintage value is kaput.

I don't know if he refinished the headstock, or the whole bass. The paint is quality, and it looks great. The pictures don't do it justice. Anyways, it's still available.
