I bought this recently, one of those impulse purchases. I am really impressed at the quality, tone and overall feel of this bass. I really loved the lightweight at around 7 lbs. I was just trying out and kicking tires (not intending to purchase) with Guild M85, Warwick Pro Star bass and Gibson midtown. This one stood out to me, so I went from kicking tires to immediate purchase. I state excellent, but it is as new hanging at any shop. A very cool short-scale, semi-hollow bass with classic Les Paul looks, versatile humbucking pickups and outstanding playing comfort thanks to the rounded 'C' neck with rolled binding. Sale only: $1235 including shipping - continental US, fine with shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, but will have to check on shipping costs. Thanks for asking, I might consider a 5 string, cash on either side depending. Possibly a Lull 5, Sadowsky metro 5, Valenti 5, Modulus 5 (w/carbon neck/fretboard)-likely 35" scale. Thank you
I only have 4 string, specifically Music Man. Haven't played this one but I am interested in trying a short scale for a change.
These are great. I have one and it's definitely a player. No neck dive and great tuners too. Good price on this one.
