Went with an 80s vibe tonight ...not usually what I grab but she’s been collecting dust and needs some attention-this holo flash was mine then I traded her to a dear friend who loved her dearly -he called her Miss Kramer -teased me she was almost as pretty as me haha-anyway Doc got to be very sick and knew his time was limited so we traded back -I will forever keep her with me -love ya Doc!

Now THAT looks like a fun family place to play. Sweet story about the bass. Nice to have the permanent connection to a dear friend.
  3. You better hide your pic-a-nic basket...

Looks like a fun if slightly weird gig.

We also played a Jellystone gig this weekend in Bostic, NC. It's new and part of it is still under construction but we had a great family audience. Lots of kids running back and forth from the swimming area to the dance floor. AND, we got our picture with Boo-Boo. Yogi was at your gig so we'll have to catch him next time. But we defiantly had the hot n humid thing with us.

I'm jealous! Your family campground was much nicer than mine. Not to mention vastly superior photography, so I won't mention it.:D

OMG, exactly the same thing for my band. Jellystone campground and park, but in Java NY.
Tons of kids, which was great. We told the little ones that the drummer was Santa working his "summer job" (big white beard). Then afterwards he gave out about 30 sticks.
Hot as hell. Humid as hell. But all in all a blast to play. Home early and really good pay.
    I'll take it every year.
