I’m moving out of my house this week and need to get rid of a bunch of stuff.

I’m giving away (free) this complete gigging rig from GK. It’s a 1200SEB head and a pair of matching 115LB cabinets.

This was one of the very first “Class D” bass heads and was considered shockingly light for its time. The whole rig, including the cabs, is rack mountable if you attach rails.

The price is FREE … as long as you come by to pick it up in northern NJ this week. Needs to be before Saturday

Thanks, guys! I've been on TB probably 15 years now and this is a small way to give back. Will sort through the (long) list of PM in a bit. Busy at work right now.

Looking closely at the head, it’s got a built in chorus, proof the 80’s were mad about that. I’ve received free stuff off Craigslist and have also given stuff away. It’s a good feeling. I agree with @LHbassist , hope the person who gets it is super grateful.

    Sorry I didn’t respond to everyone’s PMs.

I donated the rig to a member here for use in the performance space at a NYC music school.

I’ve had a bunch of GK amps over the years. The chorus on these ‘80s/‘90s heads is surprisingly useful. Never thought I’d like chorus, but it sounds great!
