Why is it no one ever mentions the gk cabs? I just heard a 410 and it sounded pretty good. Opinions?

  3. well i think people dont really buy em because there really expensive and you can get something just as good, if not better for less money.

personally i found em slightly honky, but thats just me

  5. Truthfully, Speakers and cabs arent GK's strong point. and they are really expensive.I'm looking for a 4x10 cab to go wiht my GK 2x10 combo, and i just cant bring myself to hand over the cash for the GK cab, so I'm in the process of looking for something else. But, its all just a matter of preference.

Shumph, (Interesting name by the way)

GK is best know for their heads. I have heard from players AND RETAILERS both that GK components are not that reliable...with lowsy customer service.

If you want a great 4x10, go with SWR, Eden, Genz Benz....and if you have some SERIOUS bucks, get Epifani or Bergentino!!

I owned a GK 410RBS for about a year. It was OK. Construction was poor but the sound was decent. There's way better cabs out there. Take yer pick.
