I used to run a GK 210 combo with the 212 cabinet as an extension, but I blew the bottom speaker of the 210 twice. I figured I might as well upgrade to a head with 2 cabs.

So I settled with the 700rb (hasn't gotten here yet but I've heard great things). I still want to use my GK 212 but what should I accompany with it?

    Cabs I was considering:

    -EarCandy sovereign 112
    -EarCandy 212
    -GK Neo 115
    -Ashdown mag 115
-Another GK Neo 212 to match the one I have
-or any of the newer GK cabs, preferably a 212 or 115 (that are not a part of the neodymium series)

    Another GK Neo212, for sure.

The RB series heads have the Horn Management system, that allows you to control horn level from the front of the amp.
You need the GK 4 pin speakon cables to use this feature.
    It's well worth doing.

the 700, and two 212's will be shockingly loud and awesome.

Yet another +1 in a second Neo 212.

700RB-ii and 2 Neo 212s is a great rig. As Chef said, "shockingly loud and awesome."

You can run a GK Neo112 on top of the Neo212 ---as long are you're judicious with the volume----because, obviously, you could over-power the 112 if you're really pumping it.
This works really well for medium sized gigs where you don't want to move 2x212...
This was suggested to Tom Bowlus by Mr Gallien; Tom told me about it, and I do use this setup fairly often.
