I recently purchased a gk 800 rb, I heard a lot of good things about them.

I want to run one cabinet off this head. I want to run it full range. Where do I plug in my speaker out? The 100 watt high, or one of the 300 watt lows?

You want to 300W lower amp. Prepare for tone.

Use the 300watt output and if you only plan on using one speaker cabinet and never add a second speaker cabinet - get a 4ohm speaker cabinet (and one that can handle the wattage). But if you even plan to add a second speaker cabinet - get an 8ohm speaker cabinet (and plug both 8ohm cabs into the 300watt output).

    Great amp by-the-way.
  4. You can also use the 100 watt side for small gigs/jams if you want some grind without being too loud. Then use the 300 watt for bigger venues.

...and keep those darn effects send/return jacks clean & dry. the tiniest bit of oxidation will cause an open in the signal path and output becomes nil.
