GK RB 1001 II/TOOL/Justin Chancellor/Settings

    hey folks,

    i know there is much more to justins sound than just the amp,but can you please recommend settings for the RB 1001 II to build up the "basic" settings (amp wise) to get close to his sound?

    No, honestly we can't.

    Your bass is not justins bass and does not have the same characteristics and inherent frequencies, so there is no way it a million years we can suggest some settings that work universally, it is different for every bass and every player.

    The best thing to do is just play open notes while tweaking the knobs until it sounds right to you.

    And I'll say that 90% of Justins sound is his bass.
