Hi, I own a 700 RB II with the GK Bi amp cable to the GK SBX 410, but it seems to over power the 410, i am not too sure why, once you get to a certain volume the speakers just cant handle it. I have an opportunity to get a GK NEO 212 and i have heard good things about them with 700 RB II's. What should I do?

    Hi coandca.

    Matching cabs work best.

Since you are familiar with the sound of your 410SBX, why not try a GK NEO 212 and get two of the cabs which you feel best suits your needs?

BTW. The current 2x12" neo cab from GK is now called the NEO 212-II.

Please post the settings in which you notice the cab being overpowered.

While I love the GK Neo 212, I think you're more likely to overpower it before the 410.
