Does anyone have any knowledge regarding the quality of these basses? I have never seen one or heard anyone talk about them. They pop up on Ebay quite a bit from a California supplier.

I've heard that they are decent for what they are, which would be entry-level, new, carved basses.

They vary. What Ray said is true for most of their entry level instruments; the one I played in Austin was their top level bass, and it was beeautiiifuull!! Carving like on a Pollman, antiqued and a very nice sound for a new bass. I think it went for ~$11k.
