God, yeah, excellent song...it gets a GREAT response live.

  6. I saw them live to many times but yet not enough.
The tour with Black Sabbath was incredible.

But back to Godzilla, has anyone seen the stage show they used to do for this tune. Very Cool.

They had a bedroom scene on stage with the singer sitting on the bed smoking a Cheech and Chong sized hemp. While he is finishing it you start to hear loud foot steps, and the singer is saying "What, What was that?!?" The foot steps get louder as he screams "I shouldn't have smoked that last joint" and the tune kicks off.

Ahh the days of the Classics.

  11. Oh yeah baby those Black and Blue concerts were the shiznic in those days !! Bonneville raceway in salt lake city rocked !

    Chopper.

  12. The just put out a new CD in June and it rocks!! They have some newer band members that have really injected some new life and perspective into the band. Their bass player (Danny Miranda) is pretty damn good. I saw them live this summer and their show is tighter than ever.

Yeah, I saw it. Give it two thumbs up. Not a lot of plot, but a definite unexpected twist at the end.;)

By the way, I remember listening to Godzilla on the radio as I watched the gigantic ash plume from Mt. St. Helens out my kitchen window. Somewhat appropriate, don't you think?
