good beginning 4 string or 5 string bass guitar

    I'm 16 and dont kno that much about bass guitars, but i want to know peoples opinions on whats a good 4 string or 5 string beginning bass guitar?

    Check into Carl Thompson, Ritter and Fodera...

    All quite worthy beginner basses...IMHO

    40+ year old beat up Fender basses are also a good starting point...

    anything that'll get your finger moving.

    my first was a 60$ carerra?
    that had super high action and bad electronics.

    squire might be good for you.
    they make one with badtz maru on it :p

    OLP stingrays are freakin amazing and only run about $250 new. either the four or the five i promise you wont be let down
