I'm not that familiar with the different models of Michael Kelly ABG's - but I noticed yesterday that Bass Borthwest has two nice looking used ones and an Ibanez ABG that are all selling cheaper than the ebay bass you posted (maybe the one you posted is worth the price difference though - I dunno) Here - check 'em out.

*Please note - I am not affiliated with Bass NW in any way, I just thought hese were good deals on ABG's.

  2. Not a great deal -- that model sells for about $600 brand new.

The Dragonfly Rose model is, though, superior to the regular Dragonfly model by virtue of its use of solid wood on top and bottom instead of laminate. The Solid AB model I played (same, but without fancy inlay) was much better than the regular Dragonfly in terms of projection and tone, IMO.

'course, for $500-600, you could probably snag a used Tacoma, which would be a much better instrument, IMO.

  3. +1 yeah that what I was gonna say. you can get a new one for not that much more.
