The guys I play with have recorded this cover, and want me to dub a bass track over it, (yeah I know this is probably backwards)

What I'm having trouble with is really any slower song we do - I seem to speed up when I add muted/dead notes to keep the rhythm. Seems like I'm keeping time, but then I listen to it after and have to throw it away...

Any advice on how to keep a SLOW steady rhythm on something this choppy?

  2. Sounds like it's just a matter of practice. The more you do it, the better you'll get!

If possible try using a metronome. Good luck! :)
