good find for an amateur?

  1. Should be a good practice amp, I know Acoustic is a respected brand. That amp should sound pretty good, their other amps are pretty popular here.

    If you plan to NEVER play with other musicians, it'll do fine. Otherwise, look for at least the 100 watt version.

    if he's just playing in his room, this is pretty good
    no reason to lose your hearing just practiciing in your room

    if your just playing alone, go for it!
    i played the b100 and liked it, so i would imagine its the same just smalled

  5. I agree with this. If you're just fooling around in your room, than that amp is perfect. If there is any chance of playing with other musician's in the future (especially a drummer), step up to something in the 100 watt range.
