Good headphones?

So, I'm looking to buy a good pair of head phones, but I don't have a clue on which too buy. And I'm willing to spend up too 150 $. I'm looking too buy these too listen to my bass playing at night, for games, and for listening too music. I've heard the best sounding are something with a 20hz - 20hz range. Is this true? Please reply if you know anything good inside that price range.
