    L&M now has EBS.

I've been bugging them for 10 years about this... finally gave up.

    Cool!

I was in a L&M a couple of days ago and they had Epipani cabs, Markbass gear and the used Sadowsky SA410 I bought among other cool pieces of gear.

I think the new Cosmo Music store in Richmond Hill, Ontario (tons of higher end gear and an amazing place) has finally helped L&M get off their a$$es and look at alternative product lines. Squier, Epiphone and Traynor may make them lots of $$$ but they might have been limiting their penetration beyond the beginner buyer.

Yeah, no doubt... I've been waiting. I find it generally still cheaper to buy online though.

  5. Which L&M were you at? I was just at the Steele's L&M in Toronto today, and they had nothing of interest (like this).

The Bloor/Ossington store is where I bought the Sadowsky cab. Lots of neat stuff. I didn't see any EBS but lots of cool stuff from Epifani and other more "boutique makers.

  7. I just called the burlington L&M and they don't know anything about carrying EBS, even though L&M is now a listed dealer on the EBS website.

Anyone know if it's just certain stores carrying it? or what the deal is?

I was told a coupla' weeks back (@Mississauga location) that they are n EBS dealer but hat they don't advertise(yet?). He also told me that a BassIq would cost $379! Best Bass Gear ships up here with USPS. I've bought from them; great to deal with.

They have been getting some better stuff in, I have noted...they have some nice custom shop fenders in the Vancouver store..Plus the Epiphani stuff which I hear has been going well for them.

  11. The one in Kitchener usually has some interesting used stuff. I picked up a sweet Ibanez Musician there for $300, worth close to 3 times that.
