i see musicians friend is selling mm stingrays for 1100 bucks..i se them used all the time selling for 800-900 bucks 1100 a good price for this bass..thanx
  2. A brand new SR is around $1100, I think! But maybe you can haggle the dealer down on the price, or get a case thrown in or something..

However, if Youc an find a prestine used one.. I'd go for it ;)
  3. Last year I got a early 90's Ray off eBay for $510. ..I love it...It has some dings and what not, but it's a real player..

I believe that cases are included in the price of Ernie Ball basses.

I think $10 would be an excellent price for one.

I have seen them go For real Cheap on ebay. As low as $500..

SR5 usually go between $800-1000 used.. Bob from bass palace somehow sold My SR5 for $1189.. I don't know why.. I mean it was in like new condition but even I thought that price was alittle high..
  7. I've bought and sold MINT 4-string Stingrays for between $700 and $800. Anything lower than $700 is an excellent price for a 'Ray in nice shape.

BTW, I've seen Bob at the Bass Palace get nearly new-retail prices for used gear too. I don't know what his trick is, unless it's because he gives such excellent trade-in value (which he definitely DOES). . .
  8. If it has the piezo pickup, that's a very good price. $1100 is still pretty good for a new one.

Yeah his trade-in value is great. he gave me $1189 for my Stingray when I traded it in.. He actually miss quoted when he did but he he told me he overpriced my Stingray but would honor it anyway because he had already told me. I thought that was nice of him...
