Any suggestions for converting mp3 to wave and vice versus,
I use Audiograbber to rip files off of the cd and to convert to mp3, and use Winamp to convert my mp3's to wave.

Its not a piracy issue because its for putting together practice songs or new band tunes to learn.

I was just wondering what others experiences have been using different software and their results.

I use a program called Goldwave for mp3 to wav/wav to mp3/etc conversions and really like it.. It also has a lot of handy features for noise reduction and some effects you can use.. Two thumbs up :)

I've used AudioCatalyst by Xing Tech. in the past, it's a great tool. When ripping, you can create MP3 and .wav at the same time. Real Networks bought them last year, but they are still selling it ($29.95.) note: not compatable with Win 2000.
