Hello TB family. I am going up to Ottawa for a few days. Any suggestions on good places to go catch some solid live music. Jazz, funk, country, rock, r&b, blues, calypso, whatever! If it's good, then it's good!

    Thanks alot,
    Spaceman

    Don't go to Zaphod's.. It's a sh*t hole.

The rainbow can be pretty good, and if you like good cover band's, everytime i've checked out the Heart and Crown it's had great cover bands (Havn't seen an original band their yet)

Ottawa can be pretty hit and miss sometimes, ususally we just tour down bank street until we find a bar with good music.

For food go to lil italy at ....Stone faced dolly's ,....live music afterwards possibly at the heart and crown pub across the street from dolly's

For people meeting go to the dominion tavern in the byward market and if you meet Bill Alexander , kick him in the nuts for me. :)
