    ...AMP!!!!!

I picked up my brand new Yorkville Bassmaster 400 combo yesterday. I've been playing it ever since. Had to pull myself away to come post this.

    :D

This amp rocks, esp. for the price. Set flat, it has solid mmids and clear highs, but is a bit lacking in the lows. But, with a few graphic EQ tweaks, it has some serious bottom end. The contour switch drains all the mids from the tone. All and all, this is a great amp. I am very happy with it.

Just a question to those of you who now a bit about Graphic Eq's or EQing in general, what are some good starting settings for me to work off of. I think it has a 9 band, and i don't remeber the frequencies off the top of my head. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Travis

I think the best advice I can give is:
TWEAK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN UNTIL YOU FIND "THE SOUND".

That´s what I do....... I´m always changing things on the EQ, ......a little here... a little there.....
