Gothic Custom Basses

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Kraig99, Sep 11, 2002.

  1. Has anybody ever played a bass made by Gothic Custom Guitars? How did they sound and how was the quality/construction? I was thinking about getting one along the lines of Jerry Only's Devastator in Trans Blue, with 5 strings. Does anybody have any input?

Personally, I wouldn't be caught Dead with one of those things.

How about a nice T-shirt to prove your point?

Hey! Don't be insulting the Misfits!

Honestly, though, most GCG designs are just the halves of two guitars cut and pasted together (mostly B.C. Rich) and labeled "custom designs." If a company will steal everything for their designs, then lie, I wouldn't trust them to make anything for me.

Plus that, the Misfits instruments are copyrighted, and GCG won't make you one. It's in their FAQ. Contact the Fiend Club if you HAVE to have one, it's been said they can help you.
