Introducing GR Bass – ‘Italian Design, Pure Sound’. For the first time in the USA, GR Bass gear is available. Wonderfully built, detailed sonic audio design & an Italian aesthetic. The full product line embodies a terrific value with a detailed and musical sound.

The GR Bass product line includes amplifiers, speaker cabinets and combo amplifiers. These powerful, lightweight amps & speakers embody the stylish Italian design and attention to detail. Customized graphics and colors on the amplifiers and speakers are also available by special order.

The amplifier product line consists of very powerful, feature laden, lightweight amplifiers. The PureAmp 350, PureAmp800 & PureAmp 700×2 are bare bones amplifiers designed to give you the greatest value on the market. The miniONE, ONE350, ONE800 and ONE1400 (the heaviest of which is 6.25 Lbs.) share feature sets that will provide the greatest value and performance of any bass amplifier available.

The GR Bass speaker cabinets possess high power capacity, a super lightweight form-factor and sonically, all are creamy & tight with a lot of presence. All GR Bass speaker cabinets include an adjustable tweeter and dual “combo-jack” SpeakOn connectors. Check out the broad selection of GR Bass speaker cabinets and pick the right one, or combination, that fits your playing style.

The GR Bass combo amplifier product line consists of two power ratings (350w & 800w) and three speaker configurations that result in six unique models. All GR Bass combo amplifiers possess high power capacity, super lightweight form-factor and great tone.

Not an insult, just an observation of this brand and MarkBass. PLEASE take no offense to this whatsoever, as none was intended.

    Canada, Eh!
"Designed in Italy" (usually a red flag for "Made in China") - but hey, I see the amps and the cabs are stamped "Made In Italy" on the back :)

I like the look of the slim 212...and the idea of two stacked vertically :)

  13. On the same note, they could be suing GK in Italy for the same thing, but I doubt it.

I'm just happy they aren't that hideous black and yellow color of those "other" Italian amps and cabs.

I'm sure everything sounds great. I've heard a few clips. That giant logo looks terrible though. I wouldn't buy it just because it will look goofy on stage.

Andy Irvine has been using these for a while now, and they sound absolutely amazing...he has the, i believe, the one800 and a pair of 212's, maybe some other stuff, too, but i saw that rig in one of his videos, it really sounded awesome
  20. These amps look pretty good. I like their appearance, the VU meter/tuner, and the 3 frequency selector switch on the Low Mid and High Mid EQ controls.
It even has a 9V output on the back to power your effects!.
GR is located on the Adriatic coast of Italy as is Markbass. The Markbass factory is 220 miles due north along the coastline from GR. This location makes international shipping easier and less costly to ship goods.
The key to their success in the US will be their dealer network and repair support. Markbass is notoriously bad in that regard.
