    Peavey G-Bass for $225.

Refinished I guess, but looks great to me.

Don't know the seller, not affiliated in any way, yada yada.

That is a great buy. I have watched these for awhile on Ebay, and the used ones usually go for $300+.

I'm still holding out for an ESP 404 at a good price.

These are good basses for the price. If I were someone on a budget looking for a good bass Id pick one of these up. Has to be your style though; theyre a bit unique. Pretty skinny neck and aggressive lo middy tone.

    I'm not pelagic
I just watched a few of these go without a single bid on eBay, if this was a 5 it would be mine. I've got graphite gas!

  9. If it was fretless I'd be all over it haha. :(

  10. For that price, if it's otherwise what you want, buy it, defret it yourself (not hard, tools required for best bet = cheap cutting pliers, oilstone, sandpaper of various grits and a radiused sanding block from Stewmac, superglue, polyurethane). If yr after a decent graphite-necked fretless for anywhere near the price, I think you'll be waiting for a long, long, long time...
    Like maybe until 2097!

What makes you think it's refinished? Looks like a color I would expect to see on a G-Bass. Great deal on a great bass.

It was not a standard color.
Great bass at their going price point. Mine (black holoflake) is a keeper.
