Hi guys, I´m writing this to let you know how impresed i´m with Spector´s service. Like 3 months ago I requested a catalog from their web page, I waited it for 1 1/2 months but it never came. So I wrote´em for some info about that, because I thougth that hence I´m in Venezuela they don´t send the catalog out of the USA. Well, few hours later I had an answer from Stuart himself saying that they had some delay with the catalogs because some problems with the print, and he asked me again my adress to send it ASAP. Today when I came from the University, I saw this envelope with Spector´s logo on it and with my catalog inside. I´m sure if he (Stuart) has this kind of service with someone only interested in the catalog, their post-sell service should be great. Now I´m really looking forward to buy an Spector in the future.
Well, if that's the kinda customer service they give... I'll have to make a note to contact them about getting a new nut for my NS 2000/4 that's made for a lighter gauge of strings...
