  5. I love that one too.

Wow, I think I need to get a black pickguard for my 59' burst. Anyone know if I need to order it from Roger or if a stock pickguard would fit. (I have a P-J 4 string NYC)

    Peace,
    J

  9. Classic, but sexy.

I like the other one simon posted too except for the pickup cover...

    Simon,

You and I have similar tastes. I can't believe that one is still there. Not that I have the cash to do anything about it!

I also do like the one Doc posted as well. That one looks like a real workhorse.

I kind of dig it, but of course, you could always remove it!

  12. I like the way it looks, but pickup covers are not functional for me. It's covering one of my favorite places to pluck.

    J,

You'll need to order from Roger and send your old pickguard to use as a template. They are fix so tight that a stock pickguard might not be a perfect fix.

That's a really nice looking one.

It would be nice if Roger would come out with a Metro line of 5-string P/Js for the rest of us . . .

I think that is just an uber cool color combo and would go so well with my Gold NYC Ultra Vintage...but alas I am currently looking for a MM5er for recording...

    Peace,

Minus the matching headstock and Chrome P/U cover that one looks just like my MV4/RV4,Swamp Ash body, Rosewood board,Vintage Trans White. I like it!
